New — Mailroom

Your inbox, handled. Every mailbox you run — nothing moves until you say so.

Most owners run more than one inbox: the company, a personal one, a second business, a support box. Mailroom reads each of them, sorts, drafts the replies, flags what matters and writes the to-dos — then waits for you. One list, tick what you agree with, click Apply.

Up to eight mailboxes in one console. Each stays its own identity — nothing is forwarded or merged.
Six functions, each a tick-box. File · Create folders · Needs a reply, drafted in your voice · Meeting requests · Pay attention · Create to-dos.
Proposes, never acts alone. Accept, Trash or Leave each row. Apply moves it all at once — with a receipt and an Undo.
Action items become tasks. "Sign the agreement by Friday" lands on your Client Ethos board with a due date and a link back to the email.
Runs at the hour you choose. Personal at 6, company at 8 — an email tells you the list is ready before you sit down.
Keep your mail app. Gmail, Thunderbird, Outlook and your phone all show the result on their own.

What people ask about Mailroom.

Does it send or delete email on its own?

No. A run only proposes. Nothing is filed, trashed, sent or turned into a task until you click Apply, and a whole run can be undone for 30 days. "Trash" means Gmail's Trash, never a hard delete.

Which accounts and mail apps work?

Gmail and Google Workspace today; Microsoft 365 is on the roadmap. Mailroom changes the mail on Google's server, so Gmail, Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail and your phone all show the result. Nothing to install.

What does it cost?

The first mailbox is included in every subscription. Each extra mailbox is $29 a month. Founding subscribers get Mailroom on every mailbox included.
