What people ask about Mailroom.

Does it send or delete email on its own?

No. A run only proposes. Nothing is filed, trashed, sent or turned into a task until you click Apply, and a whole run can be undone for 30 days. "Trash" means Gmail's Trash, never a hard delete.

Which accounts and mail apps work?

Gmail and Google Workspace today; Microsoft 365 is on the roadmap. Mailroom changes the mail on Google's server, so Gmail, Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail and your phone all show the result. Nothing to install.

What does it cost?

The first mailbox is included in every subscription. Each extra mailbox is $29 a month. Founding subscribers get Mailroom on every mailbox included.
