How it works

Follow one deal all the way through.

Click through the five stages. Every one of these is the same system — no exports, no integrations to maintain, no second tool to buy.

These are live — click each stage to walk the whole journey.

Step 1 of 5

A lead arrives and books itself in

Leads and meetings import from your booking source automatically. Round-robin routing puts each one with the right rep, and their own scheduling link keeps it there.

Step 2 of 5

The call becomes a proposal

Transcripts turn into a growth plan and a branded deck. Pricing comes from your package catalog, so every proposal is consistent without being generic.

Growth$6,900/mo
Partner$11,500/mo
Step 3 of 5

It gets signed where it was sent

E-signature is built in. The agreement never leaves the portal, so nothing lives in an inbox thread that someone has to go and find later.

Step 4 of 5

Billing starts on its own

The signature triggers the invoice — nobody has to remember. Payments mark themselves paid, retainers recur, and every night the books check themselves.

Step 5 of 5

And the client can see the work

The same portal carries onboarding, the project timeline, document requests and an AI health score — so the client stays oriented and you see risk early.

The eight stops

What Client Ethos does at each stop — on its own.

The five stages above are the demo. Under the hood every client moves through eight stops, and at each one something happens without a person doing it.

1 · Lead

Booking form, CRM export, Apollo list or a referral lands in one place. Round-robin puts it with the right rep.

2 · Call booked

The meeting syncs from your calendar, the intro email goes out, the call is recorded and transcribed when it ends. Every reply, call and LinkedIn message lands on the lead — one screen, in order.

3 · Proposal

The transcript becomes a growth plan and a branded deck, priced from your package catalog.

4 · Signed

E-signature inside the portal. The agreement never leaves, and the signature is the trigger for everything after it.

5 · Invoiced

The invoice writes and sends itself. Retainers recur. Reminders go out if it's late.

6 · Onboarding

The client gets their portal under your brand: intake, document requests, the plan.

7 · Delivery

Task board, timeline and comments per engagement. A health score watches for an account going quiet. The client has a Help page with Ask built in, and hears what changed each week — after you approve it.

8 · Paid → renewal

Payment marks itself paid, books reconcile overnight, and the client rolls straight into the next term. Commissioned reps are paid from paid invoices — their agreement, Exhibit A and statements all live here.

Your Home page shows every client as a car at its stop, and a "receipts" card counts what CE did for you each month — the same eight stops, live.

New — September 2026

Selling for clients? Every client gets a workspace.

If you run outbound for more than one company — an agency, an outsourced sales team, a fractional sales leader — each of your clients gets a workspace of their own, and your own book stays in Home.

Pick the client, then work

The switcher sits in the header. Choose a client and every lead, campaign, inbox message and meeting you touch belongs to them. There is no tag to remember.

Walls in the database, not the screen

A rep limited to one client's book cannot reach another client's lead, even with a pasted link. The database refuses it.

Everything lands on the lead

Replies, recorded calls, LinkedIn messages and booked meetings all land on the lead inside that client's workspace — one screen, in order, forever.

The client can watch

Their side of the portal shows what you did for them this week — reached, replied, booked, won — from their own workspace. A prospect who books lands in their HubSpot, not yours.

Moves are one click

A lead that turns out to belong to another client moves with its tasks, meetings and history; the timeline records the move.

Included, not a tier

Workspaces are part of the flat price. Unlimited clients, unlimited seats*, no per-workspace charge.

Bring one messy inbox to the demo.

We'll walk your workflow first, show the same journey inside Client Ethos, and give you a straight answer on cost and how quickly you'd be running.
